The staff is outstanding. Each and everyone were really good. The hotel manager is also a presence all day long, talking to the guests etc, that’s where service is excellent.

We loved the hospitality and all the staff were so cooperative. We were well-informed about everything. We enjoyed the continental buffet breakfast. The swimming pool was temperature-controlled. The weather was windy and cold. The warm water in the pool was soothing and it worked best for us. Also, received a complimentary facial from the hotel:)

The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. They even gave us a free upgrade to a room overlooking the caldera! The breakfast was also really great - it was small but had really good selection. They also helped us organize our tour around Santorini - which I highly recommend! Chrisitiana was so gracious to help us arrange all of this and she also helped us retrieve the luggage we lost at the airport. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This Hotel was Great. The staff was wonderful starting even before we arrived, by reaching out and extending certain courtesies to us. They were always available to answer questions. They went above and beyond expectations and ensured everyone felt welcome. The front desk staff were very informative; the pool, bar, and meal staff bent over backwards to ensure your every need was met, they were able to pre-place what you needed before you ask for it, and just ensure you have the best holiday/vacation. Their staff even carried your luggage to your room and from your room upon check out. This was some of the best service we have ever received overall. The service combined with the beautiful view, game room, spa and two pools were just what we needed and well worth the money. They have our HIGHEST Recommendation.

The property was in a great location - situated in walking distance. But honestly, it was the employees! From check-in to check-out, the staff were beyond exceptional! They went out of their way to assist with excursions, spa treatments, etc. I can't commend them enough!

Breakfast buffet had a good variety of options for vegetarians which is brilliant. They would include something different to breakfast each day and people could place an order for something that was not at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast accommodates for everyone as they had alternatives such as almond milk for vegans etc. The main pool is nice and big. 24 hour reception which is very helpful. Games room is great included a pool table, table football and an air hockey table. Location is good with amazing views for sunset and a 15/20 minute walk to the centre of Fira away from the crowds. Option to use the gym and spa facilities. They gave a complimentary facial which adds a nice touch.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room and the bathroom are spacious. In "volcano view" rooms: Nice view to the volcano (but also to the main road). Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Very nice swimming pool. Relatively close to Fira city center and to the bus station. They gave me a welcome drink and a free face treatment upon arrival.

Friendly hotel, excellent location with short walk into Thira. Rooms clean with efficient daily service. Good breakfast buffet with a la carte options. Views across island .Nice pool area and small spa- treatments were very good. Nice bar area- quiet at night but staff very friendly and lots to do in Thira at night.

Totally gorgeous hotel with brilliant facilities for adults and kids alike. The pools were perfect, we spent most of our days swimming and sunning before taking the 10-minute stroll into Fira to do some shopping or sightseeing. Our room was large and clean with a big bathroom and a decent sized balcony that was utilised for playing card games with the kids. Breakfast was buffet and a' la carte with lots of options and they were thoughtful with kid's meals and options. We ate dinner here on 2 occasions and it was delicious - good value for money with spectacular views. The cocktails were some of the best we had on our whole European holiday and the pool bar staff were friendly and efficient. We had a complimentary facial and our therapist was brilliant - it was so relaxing I think I nodded off! This hotel is really postcard perfect, don't miss the sunset on the top balcony for your Insta worthy shots.

Lovely hotel, rooms are spacious with a nice terrace. The staff make this hotel what it is, from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave all the staff are fantastic. Big shout to George behind the bar for being so nice to my daughter and for excellent music taste. Also to the staff who kindly recommended places to visit and restaurants in Fira.
